Palma
Peru has rapidly become a favourite origin for the Commonfolk faithful. On the back of the raging success that was the Huabal regional select, we've decided to dig even deeper and partner directly with one specific farmer. Mariano Centurion Guevara's farm La Palma has been working with the Lima Co-op to contribute towards the Huabal for a number of years. His coffee is among the finest in the region, and every bit deserving to be showcased as a stand alone micro lot. Using a hybrid method of pre-fermentation before fully washing the pulped coffee, the resulting cup is bursting with ripe nectarine and pear, with a mouth coating cane sugar sweetness. This coffee was ethically sourced by the legends at Cafe Imports.
