An outstanding Nicaraguan coffee. The Caravela PECA team are on the ground helping farmers through all stages of coffee production. Things like experimenting with fermentation times and agronomists helping with the health of the trees. This coffee also is dried under shade on 24 square km of raised 'African beds', one of the biggest in Central America. Caravela has been working with farmers in Nicaragua since 2012, and is the second oldest origin they have.
