RETURNS AND SHIPPING
Whilst all care and responsibility is taken in the manufacturing of our product, we understand that there may be an occasion where through incorrect delivery protocols or a faulty valve mechanism your purchase may not meet your expectations.
In this instance we ask you to contact us at email@example.com with the details of your issue and we can organise to have your purchase returned to be tested for any spoiling and sort a suitable refund or replacement for you.
*We can not accept coffee returns as the product has a limited window of freshness. Make sure you select the correct coffee and grind when you are putting coffees in your cart.
We are now shipping WORLD WIDE! We love our locals and have a range of options to suit, from pick up (48hrs), to local delivery for our peninsula family (7 days). We are all about making sure we pass on the cheapest rates we can. $6 flat rate for VIC & $10 for the rest of AUS. Plus if you buy enough you qualify for $1 shipping. We are stoked to have international as an option but are still working on a more cost effective option.
We are roasting and packing every day to make sure you are getting super fresh coffee. We do have a cut off of midday Thursday for dispatch before the weekend. Any orders after this will be roasted and dispatched Monday.
Inline with current courier estimates please expect your cold brew within 5 to 10 days.
*local delivery orders might receive a notification of an order being delivered before the actual delivery, this is a little glitch we are working on and you will get your coffee soon after.
TRACKING AND LOST DELIVERIES
We use Sendle as a courier service and you will receive a tracking number when your order is fulfilled through our website. You can use that tracking number through the Sendle tracking site to track your delivery.
