Chirinos [2021]
For the past few years Commonfolk has featured and enjoyed a number of Peruvian regional selections. The Chirinos Cajamarca might just be the pick of the bunch. A collection of lots from various smallholder farmers, this offering is a great representation of the complex and unique characteristics of the finest Peruvian coffee. Clean and bright acidity leads into a juicy sweetness, lemon curd, praline and smooth caramel finish. This coffee was ethically sourced by the legends at Cafe Imports.
