The brewer for the coffee lover. The V60 dripper allows for precise brewing, perfect for filter coffees with delicate and floral characteristics. The pour-over method offers a great amount of control meaning you can tailor your brew perfectly to your tastes.
HOW TO USE
Place a paper in the V60 cone, wet the paper down with hot water to remove any papery flavors entering your brew. Add 15g of medium ground coffee (select Pour Over & Aeropress when buying online). Ideally, with a gooseneck kettle, add 50ml of water off the boil, then stir and agitate the wet coffee grounds for 30 seconds. Now pour 200ml slowly in a circular motion over your coffee. Be as even as possible making sure the coffee is covered evenly. Wait for your water to filter through and enjoy your brew.
TIP
Get a grinder for home so you can experiment with different grinds for your brew.
