The Unicorn the mightiest of mythical beasts has returned and this year it's even more unimaginably delicious. The team at Zukuka Bora have partnered with their Bududa farming group to create an exquisite expression of natural Ugandan coffee. The ripest cherries were hand selected to be dried whole on raised African beds to enhance the intense fruit characteristics of the coffee. Aromas of moscato and bouquets of meadow flowers lead into a cup full of the orange sherbet that made us love the Unicorn so much when we first encountered it on the cupping table.
